How to Hire Creatives
Finding the right creative talent for your project is essential. Whether you're looking for a designer, writer, developer, or other creative professional, follow this step-by-step guide to hire with confidence and get the best results.
Step 1: Create a Client Account
Begin by signing up on the platform. Creating an account allows you to post projects, communicate with freelancers, and manage your payments securely through our system.
Step 2: Post a Job
There are three ways to post your work:
- Let the Management Choose: Create a project and allow our team to assign the most suitable freelancer for the job.
- Direct Hire: Browse through freelancer profiles and hire one directly.
- Open Application: Upload your project and let freelancers submit their proposals.
Step 3: Proposal Submissions
Freelancers who match your project’s requirements will receive notifications and can submit proposals. Each proposal will outline the freelancer's qualifications and approach to completing your project.
Step 4: Review and Select a Freelancer
Carefully review submitted proposals. Consider experience, reviews, proposed cost, and timelines. You can communicate with freelancers through the platform’s messaging system for clarification before making a decision.
Step 5: Agree on Terms
Once you’ve selected a freelancer, finalize the project scope, timeline, and payment terms. Upon agreement, the client funds the project through an escrow system. This ensures the freelancer gets paid once the work is delivered and approved.
Step 6: Freelancer Starts the Work
The freelancer begins the job and keeps you updated on progress through the messaging system. If the client does not respond within 12 hours (or based on the work deadline), management will step in to follow up.
Step 7: Review and Revisions
When the work is submitted, the project status is set to “in review.” Management has up to 6 hours to ensure the project meets all requirements and then forwards it to the client. If revisions are needed, the client may request up to two revisions. Freelancers have 12 hours to complete each revision. Unreasonable revision requests can be escalated to management for review.
Step 8: Mark as Complete and Download
Once satisfied, the client marks the work as complete. The payment is then released to the freelancer. Only after payment is released can the client download the final work. Specific formats or rights, such as image licenses, must also be included by the freelancer.
Step 9: Feedback and Ratings
After completion, both parties are encouraged to rate each other. This helps build credibility and ensures ongoing quality on the platform.
Dispute Resolution
In case of conflicts, the platform offers dispute resolution where both client and freelancer can submit their concerns. Management will mediate and take appropriate action, including refunds, adjustments, or additional fees based on the situation.
